Our Story

So, how did we get here? Our founder, Namita Prasad, was inspired to design the A Confident Mindset™ program as a result of her own confidence journey. From a young age, her father shared countless strategies and lessons with her to develop a mindset of confidence. Namita grew up knowing that confidence was not something you were born with, but instead, was taught the message that confidence could be grown and developed. As Namita began to navigate major life changes such as moving to a new country, pursuing new careers, and becoming a mother, she began to see just how much this mindset positively impacted the way she moved through life’s challenges. Feeling grateful for the confidence education she had received at home, Namita set out to create a school-based program with the goal of bringing the same life-changing tools she had received as a child to the lives of children nationwide.
