Namita Prasad
Namita Prasad is a Confidence Educator, entrepreneur, mother, and author of the groundbreaking book The Power of Why Not. Since 2015, she has led the confidence revolution, reframing confidence as a mindset rather than an inborn trait. Her trailblazing methods have empowered people of all ages to believe in themselves and build unstoppable confidence. Namita’s message is simple: no one is born confident, but anyone can become confident.
Hana Adas
Hana Adas serves as Director of Operations at ACM. With over 12 years of leadership experience as Vice President of Best Brains Learning Centers, she brings a strong background in education and operations. While working with students, Hana recognized the transformative power of confidence education to open doors for children. She is passionate about helping ACM make confidence education accessible to families and schools everywhere.
Allison Murphy
Allison Murphy has been part of the ACM team since 2021 and brings over 8 years of classroom experience. She was drawn to ACM’s mission that confidence is for every learner and can be taught. Having worked in both middle and high school settings, she has seen firsthand the need for confidence education and the lifelong impact it can have on students. Allison is proud to contribute to ACM’s vision of empowering future generations.
Michelle Hausner
Michelle Hausner is an experienced educator with over 10 years of classroom teaching. Drawn to ACM’s belief that confidence can be taught, she began by writing and editing curriculum—work she continues to contribute to today. With her background in pedagogy, she helps ensure ACM lessons reflect best practices and support the needs of all learners.In her free time, Michelle enjoys traveling, baking, and spending time with her family and friends.
Emily Erbach
Emily Erbach is a mom of three with many years of experience in the childcare field. She joined ACM in 2021 as part of the curriculum writing team and now serves as Program Coordinator. In her role, Emily helps ensure the success of ACM’s programs and supports the company’s ongoing growth. She is passionate about helping children and families experience the power of confidence.
Parveen Kumar
Parveen Kumar has been part of ACM for nine years, bringing his creativity and design expertise to every project. He works to ensure ACM’s content is both engaging and visually impactful. A proud father of two young children, Parveen is dedicated to both his family and his work in making ACM’s mission come alive through thoughtful design.
