 ACM School Program Educator Training
At A Confident Mindset™ (ACM), we know teachers, administrators, and school staff already have full plates. That’s why we’ve created a user-friendly, 90-minute, on-demand training to prepare partner schools to implement the ACM program with ease and confidence.
Overview of Training
Our training includes 5 modules with pre-recorded videos that can be completed individually or as a group. Each module provides the essential knowledge needed to implement the ACM School Program.
Upon completion, participants receive a Certificate—endorsing their ability to bring ACM into the classroom.
Module Breakdown
Module 1
Redefining Confidence
In Module 1, you’ll learn about ACM’s redefinition of confidence and its significance. This module will set the scene for the rest of the course material and help you develop a foundational knowledge to begin implementing the ACM curriculum. Module 1 covers topics such as “Why Confidence?” “Factors that Affect Confidence” and “How to Explain Confidence to a Child.”
Module 3
The ACM Common Language
Gain fluency in ACM’s six core terms that build a Community of Confidence. Includes dedicated videos for each term with examples of classroom use.
Module 5
The Six Steps in Action
See the complete ACM journey—from start to finish. Includes an example of student growth, wrap-up video, and final reminders about the course.
